From January to October 2018, Gazprom's Exports to the Far Abroad Increased up to 164.1 Bcm

Within the first ten months of 2018, Gazprom produced 408.1 bcm of gas, which is by 6.3%, or by 24 bcm, more than in the same period of the previous year.

The company’s gas sales on domestic market increased by 3.5% (by 6.3 bcm).

From January to October 2018, Gazprom’s exports to the Far Abroad countries increased up to 164.1 bcm of gas. This is 4.4% more than within the same period of 2017, when the record on exports was set. The dynamics is partly related to warm weather in Europe in October this year. In particular, there was a significant increase in supply to Germany – by 11.2% (4.8 bcm), to Austria – by 33.3% (2.2 bcm), the Netherlands – by 39.6% (1.4 bcm), to France – by 8.9% (0.9 bcm), to Poland – by 6.7%, to Hungary – by 6.5%, to Greece – by 16.7%. Along with that, an increase in exports to the Czech Republic (by 7.4%), to Finland (by 10.6%), to Denmark (by 6.9%) was marked as well.
