In Q1 2021, Gazprom Supplied the European Customers with 52.7 Bcm of Gas

In the first quarter of 2021, Gazprom supplied the Far Abroad countries with 52.7 bcm of gas. This figure is by 30.7% (by 12.4 bcm) higher than for the same period of 2020. 

The volume of gas deliveries continued to increase towards those in Q1 2020. In March, the average daily volumes of exports to the European Far Abroad were higher than in February and comparable to the average daily figures of the past winter months.

According to Q1 results, Gazprom has increased its deliveries to Turkey (by 106.6% compared to the same period of 2020), Germany (by 33.3%), Poland (by 18.5%), Serbia (by 71.3%), Finland (by 67.3%), Romania (by 90.4%), Bulgaria (by 52.4%), Greece (by 23.4%).

In addition to that, Gazprom continues to increase gas exports to China via the Power of Siberia gas pipeline. Deliveries on this route regularly exceed the  daily contractual obligations.
